Community: My First Nanoblock Creation
When it comes to building your first Nanoblock creation, it is always the most challenging yet memorable one. It doesn’t matter whether a fan is a collector or a builder; everyone has something to share with their very first creation.
Here is a compilation of entries from the Nanoblock community:
StealthEagleMy first custom done on Aug 2012, no reference was used in making this.
I used a packet of 1/2A red blocks which was sent to me as a complimentary gift from an online seller when I purchased my first Nanoblock colour sets. I was hesitating to build anything from my newly purchase colour sets so I started out with the packet of red blocks first.
Janet ChongMy first custom build was like the work of a toddler but I am proud of it.
It was done in 2014 when I just started nano-blocking and was trying to build something from my leftover blocks. So it was built from imagination while trying to use whatever block size that I had. There you go, a flat panda!
Bryan OngMy first proper original custom which was done for myself.
I created this from scratch and didn’t referenced from any mecha, robots or nano-builds, but based purely on my understanding of robots and its proportions. I used my extra orange parts for the build. Hope you like it!
Stevie ZengCombing my two loves together; Liverpool and Nanoblocks.
Liu JohnMy first Nanoblock creation was built by using the Nanoblock violin set. It is a kart with a LEGO figure in it!
Luigi MigliaccioMy first custom work which was a Peppa Pig from the British cartoon series called “Peppa Pig”. My son loves this cartoon very much!
Simon PaulMy first creation was created in memory of my first Vespa.
I made the Vespa only with extra blocks from the London Bus and Santa Claus kits. I chose to create this model because I was a Vespa rider in my younger days, and it was also a symbol of freedom for the young generation in the Post-World War II era in Europe.
Crystal FokI was inspired by Christopher Tan’s various unique creations which showed some local fast food chains that we haven’t grew bored of. I created the original model of a Pizza Hut building which still exists today.
